Stewart Cowley Distinguished Member AwardThe Distinguished Member Award is presented to a NASUF member who exemplifies exceptional leadership skills in fleet management among their peers. It was named after NCSFA member (now NASUF), Stewart Cowley from the State of Utah in 2021. CriteriaNominees must have made significant and sustained contributions to NASUF and furthered the organization's mission, and must also have added to the quality of state and university fleet management. NominationNominations will open June 30, 2025. To nominate a member, you download and complete the nomination form, then submit the nomination form to NASUF Headquarters. If you would like to nominate a peer, but do not have sufficient information on their accomplishments to complete a submission, please contact the NASUF staff for assistance.
